Yvette Nicole Brown is an American actress, voice actress, singer, and comedian. She has appeared in numerous commercials, television shows, and films throughout her career. She starred as Shirley Bennett in the NBC comedy series Community and as Helen Dubois in Nickelodeon's Drake & Josh.
For Disney, she played Monica in That's So Raven, Madame Tiffany in Shake It Up, and Calista in the Freeform TV show, Melissa & Joey. She also provided the voice of Ursula in ABC's Once Upon a Time, and voices Luna in the Disney Channel series Elena of Avalor. In addition, she voiced Boat Maria in Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero, Brigid in Star vs. the Forces of Evil,[1] Tracy Triceratops in Doc McStuffins, Lt. Valeria in LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures and Cora Beakman in T.O.T.S.. In addition, she played Dina in the ABC TV show, The Mayor. She also played Aunt Sarah in the 2019 version of Lady and the Tramp and S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Phyllis Jenkins in Avengers: Endgame. She played Head Administrator in Spider-Man. She plays Sherilyn Thomas in Big Shot. She also plays the Hearse Driver in Muppets Haunted Mansion, and has been cast as a villain in Disenchanted. Additionally, she voiced Dianne in The Ghost and Molly McGee.
