The wicked witches are among many Disney Villains who are congregated by Prince Hans Westergaard of the Southern Isles to aid him in taking down Dave Seville as they're convinced that Dave is the Chipmunks and the Chipettes' abuser whose mistreatment towards Alvin is relentless, and therefore must be stopped instantly. When they and their allies start terrorizing the Angel Grove suburbs, they each use their Dark Sky spell from their broomsticks to shroud the city, forcing the Angel Grove Police Department, the Angel Grove Fire Department, and the California Army National Guard to fight back with their weapons, vehicles and guard dogs. At first, the CA Army Guard soldiers have the upper hand (killing a few pumpkin witches with the armored water cannon), but several more of the witches manage to use their dark magic powers to take down the authorities' dogs, vehicles and weaponry, effectively killing most of the authorities one by one. Outside the Seville House, multiple wicked witches may be difficult to be seen helping Hans destroy Dave by lighting Disney Park-themed firework rockets rigged around the warheaded Dip barrel to be launched towards him with their fire-type spells from their staves and wands.
