The episode received rave reviews for it's plot twists and darkness, as well as some of it's jokes.

- This is the sequel to the Season 1 episode Who's That Man? and the Season 2 episode Who's That Man, Again?.
- Despite what the synopsis states, it's not until the end of the episode we find out the mysterious man's identity.
- His younger version of his revealed form was previously seen in photos in episodes like Night Flight, This Side of the Grave and Soda Slide.
