"Whistle While You Work" is a song featured in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. In the film, upon discovering the Cottage of the Seven Dwarfs, Snow White decides to clean the house and its contents, thinking that its inhabitants will be grateful enough to let her stay. The Forest Animals help her as she sings.
Donald Duck and Goofy were heard whistling and humming the song in the cartoon Billposters.
The Kidsongs Kids and the Camp Counselors sing this song in the "A Day at Camp" video where they're doing preparations of the show.
It was included in Disney Sing Along Songs: Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah and Disney Sing Along Songs: Collection of All Time Favorites: The Early Years. It is also the first song featured in the Disney Sing-Along Songs video Disneyland Fun. Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Chip, Dale, and Roger Rabbit sing the song at the beginning of the video as they are getting Disneyland ready for its visitors.
The song is also used in the 1988 Touchstone Pictures TV film Splash Too. An instrumental version of the film can be heard in The Reluctant Dragon.
In the first episode of DuckTales, Scrooge McDuck makes a reference to the song by chastising one of his employees, telling him "There'll be no whistling while you work!"
