Wallace Eugene "Wally" Wingert is an American actor, voice actor, and former radio personality who is best known for his role as the announcer on the NBC late-night talk show The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He is also well-known as the current voice of Jon Arbuckle in the CGI films Garfield Gets Real, Garfield's Fun Fest, and Garfield's Pet Force, as well as the CGI animated series The Garfield Show, and for voicing the Almighty Tallest in Invader Zim, the Riddler in the Batman: Arkham video game series, Renji Abarai in the anime series Bleach, and Cubot in Sonic Boom and the Sonic the Hedgehog video game franchise.
For Disney, Wingert voiced Elastico in Stitch!, Cubby in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, Kinect Disneyland Adventures, and various other games, the announcer in Disney Th!nk Fast, Flik in Disney Sing Along Songs: Flik's Musical Adventure at Disney's Animal Kingdom, the Loafer Alien in Can of Worms, MODOK in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Icthior in Power Rangers: Super Legends, Sam Sandwich in The Bite-Sized Adventures of Sam Sandwich, Waiter Hero in Higglytown Heroes, Time in Disney Infinity: 3.0, Humpty Dumpty in Alice Through the Looking Glass, and additional voices in Return to Never Land and Wander Over Yonder.
