Irving Rameses "Ving" Rhames is an American actor and voice actor, who is best known for his distinctive deep voice. He is well-known for his supporting roles as Marsellus Wallace in the 1994 crime film, Pulp Fiction and Luther Stickell in the Mission: Impossible film series. He also voiced Thaddeus in Sony Pictures' biblical comedy film, The Star and Buffalo Belzer in Wendell & Wild.
For Disney, he voiced Cobra Bubbles in the 2002 Disney animated feature film, Lilo & Stitch and its spin-off, Stitch! The Movie. He is also known for portraying Nathan "Diamond Dog" Jones in the 1997 Touchstone Pictures film, Con Air and The Prophet in Surrogates. Additionally, he voiced Garrett Krebs in The Proud Family episode, "A Hero for Halloween" and played Charlie-27 in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
