Victor Joseph Mignogna is an American Anime Award winning voice actor, singer, and songwriter. He is best known for voicing several characters from Japanese anime, including Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist, Broly from Dragon Ball Z, Spirit "Death-Scythe" Albarn from Soul Eater, Ikkaku Madarame from Bleach, Kasuka Heiwajima from Durarara!!, and Dark Moussy from D.N.Angel. He was also the fourth English-speaking actor to play the role of E-123 Omega as of Sonic Colors and was the successor to the late Maddie Blaustein. Mignogna was later succeeded in the role by Aaron LaPlante.
He has not done any roles with Disney just yet.
