Troy (voiced by Jeff Bennett) is a math tutor at Buzzdale Academy and a friend of Aldrin. He mostly wears glasses. Maggie and Rayna had a crush on him in the episode "Hot For Tutor". Rayna seems to like him the most, as she makes a chart on why they make the perfect match.
