Teressa Claire "Tress" MacNeille (née Payne) is an American voice actress, who is well-known for her various roles in numerous animated television shows and films. Some of her best known roles include Agnes Skinner and Dolph (amongst other minor characters) in Fox's The Simpsons and Mom in Futurama, Babs Bunny on Tiny Toons Adventures, Charlotte Pickles in Nickelodeon's Rugrats, and Dot Warner (amongst other characters) in Animaniacs.

Her best-known Disney roles include voicing Daisy Duck, Chip, Gadget Hackwrench, Anastasia Tremaine, Lady Bane, Helen, Clare, and many others, as well as various other characters in other Disney animated television series and films.
