Thomas B. Kin "Tommy" Chong is a Canadian-American comedian, actor, voice actor, writer, musician, and cannabis rights activist.

He is well known for his stoner-themed Cheech & Chong comedy movies and stage shows with Cheech Marin, as well as playing the character Leo on Fox's That '70s Show.

For Disney, he voiced Yax the Yak in the 2016 Disney animated feature film, Zootopia.

Trivia

• He originally was supposed to be in Disney's The Lion King with Cheech Marin, voicing one of the hyenas, but the producers and directors couldn't get in contact with him, so the hyena was changed to a female named Shenzi and voiced by Whoopi Goldberg.
