Trivia[]

  • The other two of the four things that Reloaxa hinted would happen during the finale happened in Part 2:
    • He hinted that somebody would die saving the universe and Tinashe was the one who ended up dying.
    • The finale would see two major returns; in this case, Eleanor became Sadie again and Craig turned back into his physical form, which hadn't been seen for 8 years.
  • This marks the first and only time George and Stephanie hug each other.
    • When George hugged Stephanie in the first film, she was very hesitant, but in this film, having coming to know him for several years, finally hugs him back before she leaves.

Rumoured continuation[]

A few years after the film's release, it was rumoured that Reloaxa was going to revive the franchise and continue the story, but he's denied this rumour stating on Twitter "Nope. That's it - Weird World's story done. It was an incredible ride, it had everything the fans didn't know they wanted & now they can look forward to some more new exciting projects on the way. But I will always hold these incredible and precious characters near & dear to me."
