t's the premiere episode as Cody and Zack join London on the SS Tipton to attend Seven Seas High School. Mr. Moseby is not too happy when he sees the two, hoping his time at sea would be relaxing. Meanwhile, new student Bailey Pickett disguises herself as a boy to get a spot on the ship, since all the girl's places were filled up. When Zack finds out Bailey is his roommate, he's not too thrilled with "his" behavior, but when he discovers she's a girl, he's very happy. Cody can't wait to be away from his brother after 15 years, until he discovers his roommate, Woody, is a bigger slob than Zack. All goes smoothly until London figures out how to get off the ship.

London has escaped from the SS Tipton via helicopter and gone to Parrot Island. Moseby has the ship turned around so they can find London and get her back on the ship. Moseby finds her in jail, where she's been put because her father cut down all the trees on Parrot Island, therefore sending all the parrots away to nearby Seal Island. Unfortunately, Simms, the man who put London in jail, decides Moseby should be incarcerated as well since he works for her father. As each character finds London, they all wind up in jail. It's Bailey to the rescue when a pig she befriended helps get the jail cell keys to help them escape. Plus, London writes a big check to Simms, which ultimately assists their return to the ship.

Zack spends all the money on his and Cody's student cash cards, leaving the boys with no money for food. Moseby puts them to work at the juice bar and as towel boys, tasks that Cody and Zack hate doing. Zack convinces Cody to compete in the String Fling Yo-Yo competition, so they can win the $1,000 prize. Meanwhile, Bailey gets moved to a cramped balcony when London decides there's not enough room in the cabin for both of them. After a few painful nights, Bailey tricks London into taking the upper bunk, but after London begins feeling the same pain Bailey did, they reach an agreement to share the cabin.

When Violet, a wealthy passenger on the ship, becomes enamoured with Zack, he decides to pursue the relationship, even though her boyfriend Ashton does what he can to keep them apart. Note the show becomes a takeoff of Titanic with humorous results. Meanwhile, London and Bailey stage a competition between London's dog Ivana and Bailey's pig Porkers to see who is the smartest.

Cody and Zack sneak into the Starlight Follies to see the showgirls perform and are convinced that their teacher, Miss Tutweiller, is one of the showgirls. Meanwhile, London and Bailey are certain that Moseby and Miss Tutweiller are dating.

Cody is determined to share his true feelings with Bailey at a dance, but when the ship crosses the International Date Line and gets struck by lightning, Cody has to live the day and dance over again and again. Cody and Bailey anticipate an upcoming trip to Greece to visit the museums, while Zack just wants to go to the beach. Arwin, from The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, makes a guest appearance and sets up a meeting with the gang and his cousin Milos, who works at the Museum of Greek Antiquities. After Bailey is impressed by a handsome Greek tour guide, Cody enlists Milos' help to find a souvenir that will impress Bailey. When Milos suggests a replica of the museum's recent acquisition, the Amulet of Aphrodite, Cody jumps at the opportunity. In a mix-up, Cody gives Bailey the real amulet, so now they must try to switch the amulets before the mistake is discovered and Milos loses his job. Meanwhile, London has been asked by her father to give a speech regarding the Amulet of Aphrodite exhibition that he is funding. London procrastinates and whines to Moseby and Miss Tutweiller about having to do research, but after a vivid dream, London writes a surprisingly sentimental and impressive speech.

After a trip to the Galápagos Islands, Cody is convinced he will discover the elusive mythological beast, Galápagos Gertie. Together, he and Bailey set out to watch for the Gertie and use their findings for their science project. Meanwhile, London, Zack and Woody find themselves unlikely partners to complete their own science project. They decide to grow vines in different environments, only to get more than they bargained for when London adds a bit of her power-mega smoothie.

It's spring break and Cody, Zack and London are looking forward to a visit from their friends. Cody has decided when he sees Barbara, he will break up with her to pursue a relationship with Bailey. But he doesn't know that Bob and Barbara have been secretly dating and she is visiting Cody to break up with him. Meanwhile, London's does not want her friend Chelsea to know that she is staying in a small room with a roommate because she's afraid Chelsea will gossip about her. Cody lies to Barbara and tells her that he and Bailey are dating after she tells Cody that she and Bob are dating. Bailey denies their relationship and now Cody has to think of a way to apologize to Bailey. London decides to be honest with Chelsea about her situation.

Zack and Cody try to help security guard Kirby finish high school so he can get a better job. When they find out Kirby has "testaphobia," they try to figure out how to help him successfully pass his GED. Bailey becomes the unwitting victim of "Boo You!" a segment of an ongoing webisode, Yay Me, hosted by London. But Bailey's angry reaction surprises London, who then tries to make it up to her, with disastrous results.

London and Zack try and find dates for Miss Tutweiller and Moseby by filling out the ship's singles' questionnaire. When the computer fails to come up with any matches, they change the answers so Moseby and Miss Tutweiller will be compatible. All goes well until Miss Tutweiller and Moseby disagree on the Three Stooges. When London and Zack try to have them apologize to each other, London inadvertently reveals it was she and Zack who redid their questionnaires so they would be a perfect match. Meanwhile, Cody sends Bailey's filled-out questionnaire to his email, hoping to adjust his likes and dislikes to match Bailey's.

Padma, London's original roommate, returns to the ship in anticipation of a visit from her mother. Padma took London's bribe of an emerald necklace and has been travelling around the world with her aunt. She now must convince her mother she is a good student at the school on the ship. Meanwhile, Cody is thrilled to meet his hero, Swami Bhanukapatu to seek enlightenment. He discovers that the Swami has a billion-dollar industry selling t-shirts, CDs and yoga classes. Cody is disappointed until the Swami explains how "right living" is not going against the path of spiritual enlightenment.

Maddie comes to visit the gang on the ship and goes with them on a visit to the fictional country of Lichtenstamp. To Maddie's surprise, the prince of the country sees her from his tower and invites her to the royal ball. Maddie is ecstatic, until she meets Prince Jeffy, who is only eight years old. Matters get worse when he demands that Maddie must marry him. Zack decides he will challenge the prince to a duel with Maddie as the prize.

The gang takes a trip to Italy, where London meets a handsome con man, Luca, who takes $20,000 from her. When Bailey discovers the con, she convinces Luca to help her get the money back from Luca's uncle. Meanwhile, Cody tries to get a reservation at Gigi's, a famous five-star restaurant in Italy.

Zack wants to go on a date with Olivia, but her father, Mr. Cabot, who happens to be the Dean of Admissions at Harvard, doesn't like him. Zack convinces Cody, who wants to go to Harvard for college, to act like he's taking Olivia on a date and then bring her to Zack. Things go smoothly until Zack takes Olivia to the hypnotist's show, where she is hypnotized and decides to tell her father how she really feels and who she's really dating. London and Bailey also go to the hypnotist's show and London is unwittingly hypnotized into thinking she's Bailey. Bailey enjoys London's new Southern personality, until she decides it's more annoying than charming.

Zack and Cody anxiously await a visit from their father, Kurt, but are disappointed when Carey shows up too. When Moseby announces the couple that was supposed to be the ship's entertainment has cancelled, Carey and Kurt volunteer to perform. Moseby agrees that if they perform, he'll reduce some of the money they owe from damages inflicted by Zack and Cody. When Kurt and Carey begin thinking they want to stay permanently on the ship, Zack and Cody sabotage their show so they won't be asked to perform again. Meanwhile, Moseby is upset that no one has acknowledged his birthday, until he gets too much attention from London.

Cody and Woody compete in a series of tests created by London. The winner gets to attend the grand opening of London's dad's space station Tipton One. As the tests get more competitive, they each try to sabotage the other's results. Meanwhile, Zack takes over the exercise class for the senior citizens and tries to make the cranky Barker have fun. The two finally bond when they realize they both like to pull pranks on others.

When Cody sees how homesick Bailey becomes after receiving a package from home, he decides to put together a "Mulch Festival" like the one that takes place in Bailey's hometown of Kettlecorn. He is convinced this will win Bailey's favour, until London informs him she's flown in Bailey's old boyfriend Moose. When Moose tries to convince Bailey to return to Kettlecorn, Cody is sure that she will leave Seven Seas High School.

Moseby grudgingly puts his trust in Cody, who tries to keep the accident-prone Connie from breaking the one-of-a-kind gift for Captain Lunsford.

Miley/Hannah Montana and Lilly visit the ship for a teen cruise to Hawaii where Hannah Montana is set to perform. Cody, in an effort to impress Bailey, tells her he can get tickets because he personally knows Hannah Montana. When he can't get in to see her, Cody then tries to win a scavenger hunt for free concert tickets. He reluctantly admits to Bailey that he was unable to get tickets and is surprised when she is impressed by all the effort he made. Cody finally gets Hannah Montana's attention and she recognizes him and gives them two tickets to her show and backstage passes, causing Bailey to plant a kiss on Cody's lips. Meanwhile, Alex, Justin and Max from Wizards of Waverly Place join the cruise and immediately, Alex pulls a trick on Justin by turning him blue when he goes into the hot tub. Unfortunately, Mr. Moseby is convinced Zack pulled the prank and punishes Zack. Alex is finally caught as the culprit and Mr. Moseby finds himself apologizing to Zack. Zack decides he and Alex are meant to be together.

Zack sets up a prank for Woody, but Becky becomes the unintended victim. When Becky finds out Zack was behind the prank, she threatens to beat him up, easy for her because she's on the boys' wrestling team. Zack lies to Becky and tells her he did it because he likes her. Now Zack has to figure out how to make Becky not like him. Meanwhile, Bailey bets Cody that she can tutor London and help her pass her upcoming tests. When a straightforward approach doesn't work, Bailey tries a little psychology.

London takes Bailey with her to visit her grandmother in Thailand, only to discover she has nothing in common with her. London is convinced her grandmother will not love her for who she is. Now Zack has to see the school counsellor Mr. Blanket to uncover why he has a fear of bananas. When Mr. Blanket has Cody dress as a banana to help Zack confront his fears and anxieties, the brothers realize they have hidden resentments about each other.

Marcus officially joins the gang when he becomes Zack's new roommate, much to Zack's displeasure. When Marcus seems reluctant to talk about his past, Woody goes on the Internet and discovers Marcus was Li'l Little, a very popular rapper. When Marcus tells Zack why he doesn't want to be known as Li'l Little anymore, Zack helps him to relive the childhood he never had. All seems fine until Zack asks Marcus for his autograph to impress a girl. Marcus is convinced he is just being used again, but Moseby helps him to accept who he is. Meanwhile, Cody continues to challenge Bailey to competitions that she always wins.

Jordin Sparks visits the S.S. Tipton to perform a concert, and Zack and Cody decide to write a song for her to sing. Marcus tries to help and he and Cody get in an argument. Zack's hopes of getting rich are ruined, though, when she says the album's proceeds will all go to charity. Meanwhile, a fan of London's Internet show Yay Me! visits the ship and begins to emulate London a little too much.

It's Zack and Cody's birthday, and the brothers get in a fight that makes them wish they each were an only child. The S.S. Tipton suddenly passes through a dimensional warp in the Bermuda Triangle, into a new world in which the brothers have never met and have switched places. Suddenly, Zack is the nerdy nervous one and Cody, arriving on the ship for the first time, is the mischievous and rude one. Despite their initial friction, they eventually learn to care for one another. Suddenly, the ship returns to the regular world, and the brothers find themselves closer than ever.

Zack organizes a beauty pageant to help him pick which girls he wants to romantically pursue. Frustrated by London's constant insults, Bailey decides to enter and takes on Cody as her coach. Zack, having gained all the information that he needs about the girls from their registration forms, cancels the pageant. Moseby discovers the ruse, however, and un-cancels it, putting Zack, Woody and Marcus in charge as judges. Ultimately, despite a lack of support from Cody, Bailey wins the pageant, and the boys get a taste of their just desserts.

Zack and Cody are excited to visit Sweden and learn more about their ancestors. They soon discover their forefathers are blamed for losing the town's herring food supply centuries ago and are reviled. The boys learn that the town's mayor is hiding the real truth and they are determined to make sure the villagers know the real story so they can clear their ancestors' names. Meanwhile, Moseby and Marcus go to the local Umaka store so that Moseby can get a screw to fix a nightstand he bought there ten years ago. A simple task that turns into a nightmare.

Esteban, the bellboy from The Tipton Hotel (The Suite Life of Zack and Cody), comes to visit the gang on the S.S. Tipton so they can participate in his upcoming wedding. London and Bailey decide to help Senora Ramirez find another passion besides her son and the boys encourage Esteban to stand up to his overbearing mother.

Cody forgets to do an assignment and so lies to Ms. Tutweiller. The lie snowballs out of control and results in a boat-wide panic, a hunt for an imaginary alligator and a chance for Marcus to help out. Meanwhile, the ship's counselor arranges an unconventional exercise to get Zack and Moseby to start tolerating and understanding one another.

The S. S. Tipton has docked in London, England, which gives Cody the opportunity to visit the local Sherlock Holmes exhibit. While there, a priceless copy of The Hound of the Baskervilles is stolen, and Cody takes it upon himself to discover the thief. Meanwhile, Marcus is jealous that London has fallen for a British lord, Wicket. This jealousy leads to a croquet tournament, with Zack and Marcus playing against Wicket and his friend, Snively. They get badly beaten in the first round, until Moseby reveals that he was a childhood croquet prodigy. With his help, they begin beating the Brits, until intentionally losing at the last second in order to help capture the book thief. London rejects Wicket and hugs Marcus, as she believes he is a hero for his help in the capture.

The group heads to an island to an archaeology dig. Once there, Cody is convinced he can find a treasured, but long-lost crown belonging to Princess Xaria. When Zack accidentally finds the crown, Bailey becomes possessed by the spirit of Princess Xaria. Once she takes Zack prisoner, Cody and the gang follow to return the crown to the princess' statue and free Bailey from her spirit and Zack from a punishment inflicted by Princess Xaria.

London has been asked by her father to create an invention that will appeal to young people. The prize: one million dollars. When London challenges Bailey, Cody, Zack and Marcus to create an exciting new invention for a million dollars, they come up with inventions that seem to just appeal to their particular tastes. After London has them get together, they create "Granny Smith" a robot that cooks and kills, to the horror of the ship passengers. When London feels depressed because she's too dumb to come up with her own invention, Moseby gives her a pep talk and points out that her makeup notebook is an impressive invention. London decides she will present her invention to her father, who thinks it's the best and gives London the million dollars.

Ultimately, Cody and Bailey learn to compromise with each other.

Zack and Cody's old girlfriends Jessica and Janice visit the ship with a group of models overseen by the stern Cyndi. When Cyndi comes to check up on her models, the group sends Woody down as "Woodlander," a male model, to distract her.

Meanwhile, London wants to get to the next destination of Valparaiso for the opening of a new Tipton hotel.

Thanks to a prank by Zack's descendent, Zerk, that threatens to destroy humans 500 years in the future, Robot Moseby visits the Starship Tipton in search of Zack to destroy him so that Zerk will never be born. Instead, the gang offers to help and are transported to the future on-board the Starship Tipton where London meets her great-great-great-great-great grandson Rome and Zack, Cody, Marcus and Bailey try to convince the Anterians to not attack their ship.

To help her win, London agrees to let Mr. Blanket treat her with aversion therapy, seemingly curing her of her need to insult others. Meanwhile, Cody gets stalked by a bullying seagull and devises various ways of capturing the bird.

The class goes to Paris on a trip that coincides with Bailey and Cody's one-year anniversary. Cody has planned the perfect anniversary date for them, and takes London with him for a practice run. Bailey sees them together and, thinking Cody's dating a new girl, takes comfort from a handsome French boy. When she doesn't show up for the date and Cody sees her with the French boy, they end up arguing and ending their relationship. Meanwhile, Zack and Woody find themselves chased across the city by a criminal who believes they are withholding a stolen Monet painting. Moseby accidentally wins the Tour de France, and is assaulted by a crowd of Parisians who think he's cheated. And Marcus finds that a smaller, younger boy is pretending to be him, and has a difficult time convincing his Parisian fans that he is the true Li'l Little.
