Terence "Terry" McGovern is an American actor, voice actor, television broadcaster, radio personality, and acting instructor.
For Disney, he is best known as the original voice of Launchpad McQuack. He also voiced Babyface Beagle and Poe de Spell in DuckTales.
Outside of Disney, McGovern provided voice over for the Press Your Luck 2010 game for the Nintendo Wii, recording for the late Peter Tomarken and Rod Roddy.
