Tangea is a planet that appears in the Disney/Pixar animated series Buzz Lightyear of Star Command and is the home world of Princess Mira. The planet was once inhabited by blue blobs, which then evolved into the Tangean race. The Tangean race eventually cast off into two segments; the Grounders, who live on Tangea's surface and are generally poorer and the more backwards Tangeans, and the "sky people", who live in floating cities in Tangea's atmosphere and hold virtually all power on Tangea, as well as being the more advanced Tangeans.
