Suicide (often referred to by Riley as simply "S" in the show) is the main antagonist of the Inside Out franchise and Riley’s arch nemesis. The unseen overarching antagonist of the first 3 movies, the final antagonist of The Riley Andersen Show, and the main antagonist of Inside Out 4.
Riley brought him up a few times when discussing things like the Islands of Personality which she says “is her barrier against Suicide”
in inside out 3, at the very end of the post credits, he speaks offscreen saying that the clock is ticking.

- Prior to the film’s release, he was expected to be the only emotion not to have eyes. This was deconfirmed near the end of the movie as Suicide has orange eyes and a yellow mouth. Making him the fourth emotion to have his eyes a different color than the rest of his skin and hair. First was Joy, the second was Love & the third was greed (who is non-binary) And this means he is the first one that is male.
- In the trailers, he seems to be the final emotion to be formed . However, this is also deconfirmed because he lived under Emotion Headquarters the whole time.
- This is the very first Pixar villain to appear in non-Pixar media. In this case, ducktales and Mickey Mouse shorts. This is because that everyone loved Suicide so much that he is instantly released into the public domain.

- "Suicide" in real life is not an emotion, however, Kensington Tallman (who voices Riley) has mentioned multiple times that the character of Suicide represents suicidal thoughts, or in Riley’s words, “The thought of feeling like you don’t belong.”
