Steele is the main antagonist of the Balto film series. He is an egotistical Alaskan Malamute with an extremely mean streak, taking excessive pride in his popularity amongst both the humans and dogs of Nome, and in bullying Balto for his wolf heritage.
He also has a one-sided love for Jenna, and is seen often flirting with her. However, his attempts to impress Jenna are usually met with disgust and disinterest, seeing as how she has mutual feelings with Balto, making him hate the wolf dog even more. He is Balto's arch-nemesis and love rival.
Steele is voiced by Jim Cummings.
