Sox is a robotic cat and Buzz's personal companion in the upcoming 2022 Disney/Pixar animated film, Lightyear. He resembles a ginger and white cat with green eyes and wears a blue collar with his name engraved on a tag. He does everything from giving personal opinions to reproducing sleep sounds.

Trivia

• Sox's name is a play on the word "socks".
• When Sox first introduce his first lines, "Hello, Buzz. I am Sox, your personal companion robot.” is similar to Baymax from Big Hero 6 when he first said, "Hello, I am Baymax, your personal healthcare companion".
