South Park (1978 film) - Poster

South Park is a animated film of 1978. The novel traces of Badger, a male european badger and Weasel, a female least weasel going on the journey with Inspector Gadget and the four main young boys (Kyle, Stan, Cartman and Kenny), They reached the battle of the blue fox named Scarface, they find the great adventures who intended the last amazing adventure and finally, they found the city of the New York. and the sequel continues with the television series South Park episodes.

Plot[]

Chapter 1: The Diamond[]

In the springtime, Badger meets a female least weasel whoever becomes friends with them, sometimes the animals looked around to see how they make friends with each other.

Once for all, they met Fox, a male red fox who had found some diamonds in the piece of the hidden clue, as they met in the match, Weasel and Badger tries to find a golden diamond who is lost in the river, but they didn’t catch them.

The reason after the river escape, Badger and Weasel told Fox that they can’t find them, so they ran across the beaver dam to see how they get into the log, they met five beavers in match, when they saw a golden diamond in the log, they found them and they get back to the fox’s den.

So, Weasel and Badger’s teamwork are surprised by the animals of woodlands, the wanderers start off of the nighttime then the two animals gave them each to find diamonds and gold so they can collect them all.

After that, Weasel and Badger decided to leave the forest to find the city circle to cross the road and find the hidden objects in the street.

Chapter 2: The Street[]

When Badger and Weasel gotten into the street, they started finding the barrel that was filled with wine whoever was spoken to the manager who had forgot the magic, it all started with the imagination being a life of the journey to the end wine factory, they started finding the ball that was stuck behind the barrel which however they forgot.

When they met Penny, a little girl who uses her book with a hi-tech computer that was disguised as, she finds the investigation that the ball is missing from the backyard, Badger became the fact about his environment role of the animal along with Weasel, the journey begins with the usual find of the section of the wine factory that has barrels in it, the life between Badger‘s mind and Weasel’s difference became usual as they could.

Penny found a ball where it got stuck behind the barrel near the wall, while they tried to find the information for the street to go there, there is a male tabby cat called Tom Cat who couldn’t find the trash can who needed to look at, the little information that Tom Cat’s safe place where Badger needed to look for those streets, Penny and Weasel were constructed to find the hidden alley which is from the pizza place.

In a focused, Tom Cat has found the hidden alley which is a safe place to play with trash cans, however Weasel, Penny and Badger which had excited for a next adventure of the new life to find the habit of the new journey, so they had to go to the route of the California.

Chapter 3: The Drought[]

When Penny, Badger and Weasel went to the street of California, Los Angeles, they are stopped by the ordinary stray cat who is running around the road, which it didn’t help at all, they rushed to the park where they had to think about what’s going on with the adventure of the woodland animals who are lost in the street.

So, they met The Gadgetinis who are great mini robots, when Badger walks upon the way to see a stray dog named Hurkel.

However he saw a tree blowing around the park, they had to find them, Weasel had to respond how she went back to the street, sometimes when the Gadgetinis saw the leaf, they went back to see Weasel and Badger, while Penny looked after the investigation of the park, Badger said about his feelings that his pain doesn’t stop, when he doesn’t know how Weasel gets too strong for herself, he met Inspector Gadget where he found an acorn on the ground.

He knew how Badger wants to wait for the next adventure with his friends, however He and the Gadgetinis told the story about how they are, then Penny and Weasel told Hurkel how to look for a new place for his new home.

They all talked about the life of the animals of Sherwood Forest where they had found in the local location, while Badger and Weasel are talking about the evolution of the European Forests, it was all just a simple question, they met the four young boys (Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny) whoever they have just met in a simple time.

Rather along with Penny and Inspector Gadget, Hurkel and Weasel wanted to go for walks, but Badger wanted for attention for the adventure, the responses where the Gadgetinis are looking for the leash, mostly the Badger finds something to get away with Hurkel just in time.

as the Weasel and Hurkel make the attention for their leashes, while Penny took care of Badger, The Gadgetinis knew where Weasel learn how to walk with him, fortunately Badger saw the birds flying by, so after what Weasel and Hurkel found a house by the street, the older man brought Hurkel to his house as Weasel waved him “Goodbye!”.

After whatever is coming of the new adventure, Weasel, Badger, The Gadgetinis, Penny, Inspector Gadget and the four young boys walked over to go to San Francisco.

Chapter 4: Badger’s Panic Section[]

Meanwhile when Brain, a family guy dog is searching for a squirrel but then, Inspector Gadget found him while He, Badger, Weasel, Penny, The Gadgetinis, and the four young boys went to another park from San Francisco.

However Badger has his panic attack when he saw a rat from the junkyard, he couldn’t find himself on his way back to the bench, whatever Kyle asked him what’s wrong, then he answered what the rat is coming from the tree, while Penny is investigating to look for a giant rat that just came from San Francisco.

Weasel wanted that how Badger was frightened, which Inspector Gadget asked her how Badger got panicked by a black giant rat whatsoever while Penny already went.

So, Weasel rushes to the street to find a cheese, she doesn’t know how she already brought the cheese from the fridge that comes from neighbor’s house, so when she came back with the cheese, she will find a rat trap to get the cheese.

So, Penny, Inspector Gadget, Brain and The Gadgetinis knew how the rat will get his own cheese for a trap, so Badger stops panicking where he finds out the rat is going to be trapped.

While He and Weasel went back to get the butterfly net, the giant black rat is eating a cheese, then he got trapped by the big butterfly net.

So, the four young boys, Brain and the Gadgetinis will response how Weasel and Badger saves the day, then Penny finds out, the rat got trapped in the net.

Then, so they went to next adventure at the Los Angeles so they‘ll find a way back to fix the TV antenna so they can get back to the new life.

Chapter 5: Tommy the Detective[]

At Los Angeles, Brain snuck up to meet his friend, Tommy (The brown detective dog) who helped to find a broken TV antenna, sometimes, Badger and Weasel enjoyed the beach as Tommy and Brain looked after the sunset, all the sudden at night, back at the street.

Inspector Gadget, Penny, Weasel, Badger, The Gadgetinis and the four young boys wanted to know how Tommy and Brain will solve the problem.

After all the sudden, Weasel finds a wire to help the TV to get back on in the house, when the Badger is eating a watermelon, she told him to fix the TV wires so they can cut back on to someone else‘s house.

Meanwhile, The Gadgetinis rushed out to the find the TV wire when Tommy is solving the problem for the TV antenna, in the case of Penny’s detective, when she investigates the TV problem.

Tommy got an idea for himself how him and Brain will find a TV remote for the next problem, then Stan and Kenny are looking for a key so they’ll find to unlock the door, then Kyle and Cartman couldn’t find a blue keychain so whenever until they find it.

Then, Inspector Gadget knew how Badger and his friends did a great job solving a problem, then Penny found a wire for a TV.

So, the TV was plugged and went back on, Badger said that Kenny didn’t get electrocuted by the wires, which it was fixed, Brain and Tommy were excited for the next problem, so they both went ahead to go to New Orleans to find a little kitten who is lost in the little box.

Chapter 6: The Little Lost Kitten[]

In New Orleans, Kenny and Badger are finding the way however why is the baby kitten crying in the box, So the Gadgetinis, Penny and Brain are shocked about the lost kitten.

Eventually, Inspector Gadget and Weasel may find a problem about a lost kitten, while Kyle and Cartman are looking for a phone to contact the person who the kitten got lost.

So, Penny starts investigating about the missing kitten, however he is abandoned, Tommy is searching for a new owner to find a kitten a new home.

Characters[]

  • Badger - A Male European Badger who becomes friends with Weasel, an environment role of the animal who discovers journeys, enjoys fun, playing with friends and many others, he is also one of inspector gadget’s friends.
  • Weasel - A Female Least Weasel who becomes friends with Badger, whoever knew she is a first leader of the animal cabin, she enjoys digging, laughing, getting over away from others and many more, she is one of Badger‘s friends.
  • Inspector Gadget - Despite being laden with many gadgets in his body, he is frequently clueless, bungles his cases and gets himself into danger, only escaping from trouble and completing his missions with luck.
  • Tommy - the brown detective dog.
  • Penny -  Inspector Gadget's niece. She is the true "brains" behind Inspector Gadget's investigations, and the one responsible for foiling M.A.D.'s schemes, a fact only known to Brain. Her investigations are conducted in secret, in which she uses two pieces of technology - a hi-tech computer disguised as a book; and a special utility wristwatch, which she frequently uses to communicate with Brain and monitor her uncle's activities with. 
  • Scarface - A main antagonist who is a blue fox, his snout got scratched by M.A.D. Cat when he is out of the control, he captures Weasel in the revenge where Badger attacks him.
  • Stan - a mostly commonly shown wearing a brown jacket with a red collar, a blue hat with a red puffball and rim, and blue jeans. Under his jacket, he either wears a red and blue baseball shirt or a white T-shirt/v-neck. He also wears a blue Terrance and Phillip shirt to bed and a green suit for special occasions. He has black hair.
  • Kyle - who wears a greenish lime ushanka, a bright orange jacket, midnight green pants, and lime-green mittens.
  • Kenny - who wears an orange parka, orange pants and brown gloves. Almost all of the time, he has his hood on so that only his eyes are seen. Underneath his parka, he has blond hair.
  • Cartman - who is obese. He wears a red jacket, yellow gloves, an aqua blue hat with a yellow puffball on top, brown pants, black shoes, and white socks. 
  • Brain - The family guy dog.
  • The Gadgetinis - Fidget and Digit are two small robots created by Penny who are miniature versions of Gadget.
  • Tom Cat - a playful tabby cat who likes playing with trash which as long as he wants, chasing his tail and sneaking to the fish tank.
  • Fox - a red fox.
  • Ms. Miffet – Secretary of General Sir.
  • Mouse - a blue and white mouse.
  • Spot - a black and grey mole.
  • Blaze - a male grey rabbit.
  • Tanner - a male brown hare.
  • Ben - a blue hedgehog.
  • The Beavers (Jamie, Darlene, Mark, Joy and Thomas) - The five beaver group.
  • Hurkel - A stray dog.
  • Crystal - a female kestrel.

The critics argued that Badger and Weasel to be one of the first environmental novels.

Walt Disney Film[]

The 1906 book was adapted into a 1979 film called South Park which is also known as Dachs und Wiesel in the case where the novel characters are reprised (with new addition to the new animal characters along with old animal characters) which released in January 16, 1979 which is just like in the book.

Belarusfilm []

in 1983, the book was adapted into a 1983 Russian animated film which is completed based on the 1906 book of the same name and the original Russian novel called The Foundation Pit which they put two short films together and put it into a full length film which was released in June 6, 1983.

The book was adapted into international animated films starting in 1940s-current, like in Czech Republic (1970), Poland (1974), Spain (1965), France (1958), United Kingdom (1953, 1978, 1984, 1988, 1994, 1997 and 2003), Australia (1986 and 1998), Germany (1944, 1970, 1975, 1989, 1994, 1996 and 2005), Austria (1940, 1954, 1964, 1978, 1980, 1991 and 2000), and many more countries that was released in 1940s-2000s.
