The Sisters Three are group of antagonistic magic users who only appear in Sofia the First. Who all want to get revenge on Sofia and gain their desires.

Miss Nettle is an ambitious, self-centered fairy who appears in Sofia the First as a guest teacher. She was also Flora, Fauna and Merryweather's apprentice. She is the main antagonist for the episode "Make Way for Miss Nettle". She appears in a later episode, "The Enchanted Feast", where she disguises herself as a powerful sorceress named Sascha in order to steal Sofia's magical amulet. She is the leader of the group who wants to get revenge on Sofia and steal her amulet so she can become the most powerful fairy in the world.
Princess Ivy is the main antagonist of the Sofia the First special The Curse of Princess Ivy, voiced by Anna Camp. Now finally freed of her island prison again with a little help from Mamanu. She now joins the Sisters Three to get revenge on Sofia and rule the kingdom of Enchania.
Mamanu is the antagonist of the Sofia the First episode "The Emerald Key". She is voiced by Angelique Perrin. She joins the Sisters Three to get revenge on Sofia in her attempt to steal the Emeral Key of Hakalo.
She is also the one who freed Princess Ivy from her island prison.

They will appear the upcoming special Revenge of the Sisters Three where they will try to get revenge on Sofia and possibly clam her Amulet.
