Semi-mers, also known as Half-mers, "Land-Walkers", or "Fish-Creatures", are the offspring of Humans/Chipmunks/Chipettes/ Mermunks/Merettes/anycreature. The anatomy of the half-born depends on the universe/multi-verse they are from. Sometimes, they're born as Mermunkettes, and sometimes they turn into full-time Mermen/Mermaids/Mermunks/Merettes during puberty, but... sometimes they are full-time Humans/Chipmunks/Chipettes/Mermunks/Merettes. Sometimes, they can even transform into a Human/Chipmunk/Chipette when on land, and Mermaid/Mermen/Mermunks/Merettes when in the water or when wet on land. They are mostly seen wearing special Mer-Amulets, in order to protect their tails, and the contact with water. They also have special powers over water, along with their tails.

Trivia:

• They only speak Mermish, English, and one or two more different languages.
• Félicie and Victor are the first two Semi-mers to speak French.
• They tend to easily get along with each other, because they're the same exact species.
• They tend to easily get suspicious of full-time creatures and their enemies.
