Sandra Marie Kessler, better known professionally as Sandy Fox, is an American voice actress, who has had numerous roles in various animated cartoons, video games, and anime.
She began her professional career working in the entertainment department of the Walt Disney World Resort. She performed in live shows and events including a duet with Tommy Tune in Disney's July 4th Spectacular television special.
Fox began voice acting on various animated shows such as The Simpsons, King of the Hill, and Futurama. Her first major roles in anime were as Kyoko in the Animaze dub of Akira and Lady Aska in Magic Knight Rayearth. Some of her other roles are Chibiusa Tsukino/Sailor Chibi-Moon in the Viz Media dub of Sailor Moon, Mina and Momiji in Naruto, Sumomo in Chobits, Tachikoma in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Mistral and A-20 in the .hack series, Harmony in Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, Paiway in Vandread, T-AI in Transformers: Robots in Disguise, Peashy in the Hyperdimension Neptunia series, Mipsy Mipson in As Told By Ginger, and Flonne in Disgaea.
She was a guest star on Muppets Tonight in episode 205 as the spokeswoman for Ernst Stavros Grouper's corporate raiderettes. She also played the role of Clover in an episode of Lizzie McGuire and supplied additional voices for Muppet Treasure Island and Wreck-It Ralph. She also voiced Daisy in the Palace Pets app game.
