Rajia Baroudi is a Lebanese-Scottish-American actress. She is perhaps best known for playing Delphine, the White Alien Ranger in Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers. She also provided the voice of the sorceress Hexuba in Power Rangers Lost Galaxy.
