Queen Agneta is a minor character in Disney's 2009 animated feature film The Princess and the Frog and a major character in its 2025 sequel. She is the queen of Maldonia, the wife of King Samarth and the mother of Prince Naveen and Ralphie who forces her oldest son to become a different person due to his laziness and marry a princess of his life. She and her husband arrived in the end of the first film attending their son and Tiana's wedding and later ate at Tiana's Palace along Tiana's mother Eudora.

Personality[]
In the original film along with King Samarth, she was seem to be very proud of her son Naveen finally getting married to Tiana, and was very impressed with the meal Naveen arrived to them at Tiana's Palace for her, Samarth and Eudora. Rest of her personality wasn't shown more in the film due to only appear in the end.
Agenta is seen to be very loyal, motherly, kind and protective of her kingdom, she is not very serious and strict like her husband or any other kings from the past. And is seen to be a bit sisterly to Eudora due to treat her like they were sisters.
It was revealed in the sequel that he has been a little worried to Naveen off being single and lazy. She and Samarth wanted him to get a better life and becoming a different person.

Queen Agenta is not very old, just on a 40th age. She looks beautiful to everyone in her homeland, with tan skinned like Native Americans, white hair, red lips and navy eyes who later becomes blue.
As queen and dressed in formal clothes, aqua dress, golden bracelet on her right arm, wears golden pearls to her neck, sky blue ring on her finger on right hand, a wears a crown.

The Princess and the Frog[]
Queen Agneta and King Samarth are both mentioned by Prince Naveen when he told that his parents are fabulously wealthy and Naveen was just completely broke and they've cut him off for being lazy and arrogant.
She was mentioned by Naveen after meeting Tiana and told her that she had the servants read the The Frog Prince to him every night as a child.
They've were later both seen in the end of the film attending their son and Tiana's wedding and were very proud of Naveen for throwing bad actions out of his personality, become a different person and are seen in the streets of New Orleans riding along with Eudora.
When Tiana was during Down in New Orleans, King Samarth and Queen Agneta were seen sitting on a table with Eudoraand getting a healthy meal from Naveen that he cooked and continued eating at Tiana's Palace.
The Prince and the Waitress[]
Agenta returns in the sequel and plays a bigger role along King Samarth, Prince Ralphie and their people revealing their true nationality and what country they are from.
In the beginning of the film, Samarth and Agneta are seen getting young Naveen and telling him a story about their Kingdom and what it's built for.
Years later in New Orleans, Tiana and Naveen met up with messengers from Maldonia reminding them that the happy couples are welcomed to the Kingdom on a Royal Ball in celebration of their marriage.

Queen Agneta appears in every episode of the television series, which follows the adventures of Naveen and Tiana in Maldonia.

King Samarth, Queen Agneta and Prince Ralphie appeared in a Disney Princesses's storybook Tiana Is My Babysitterarriving back in New Orleans going on a excursion with Tiana and Naveen. But their youngest son Ralphie was too tired from traveling such a long distance. He didn't wanna go out just yet. So Tiana offered the Royal Family that she could watch Ralphie for a while and inviting Lottie and her cousin Max for a visit.
So Naveen took his parents on a Tour Guide around New Orleans while Tiana and Ralphie stays at home and weren't in rest of the story.
