Penthesileia, Hippolyta's sister and Diana's aunt. From behind the scenes, she had been collaborating with with her lover, Prince Orm. One night they made love and conceived a daughter named Cassandra "Cassie" Sandsmark who would soon be the protégé of Wonder Woman known as Wonder Girl. But Penthesileia kept the child a secret from Orm and but her up for adoption. She later joins the Black Marauder's Legion Of Villains in hopes of destroying her niece and so that she and Orm could rule the world.
