José Pedro Balmaceda Pascal is a Chilean-American actor, who is best known for his roles as Oberyn Martell in the fourth season of the HBO series Game of Thrones, and Javier Peña in the Netflix series Narcos. He also played Agent Whiskey in Kingsman: The Golden Circle.
For Disney, he portrays Din Djarin, the eponymous lead titular character of the Disney+ series The Mandalorian.
