David Patrick Seitz is an American voice actor, ADR director, and script writer, known for his voice work for anime and video games, working with studios (outside of Disney) like Bang Zoom! Entertainment, NYAV Post, Illuminata Pictures, Studiopolis, and FUNimation Entertainment.
He became the voice of Kunzite of Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon Crystal in the Viz Media dub. He also does many other roles including, Laxus Dreyar in Fairy Tail, Scorpion in the Mortal Kombat series, Dio Brando in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Franky in One Piece, Andrew Gilbert "Agil" Mills in Sword Art Online, Germany in Hetalia, Jiren in Dragon Ball Super, Isshin Kurosaki and Kenpachi Zaraki in Bleach, Enji Todoroki/Endeavor in My Hero Academia, Ira Gamagori in Kill la Kill, and Keith Shadis in Attack on Titan.
For Disney, Seitz provided the voices for the Train of Thought conductor in Inside Out as well as Dad's Joy in a short, Thor in the English dub of Marvel Future Avengers, and additional voices for the Disney/Pixar films: Inside Out and Monsters University, the video games Disney Infinity and Kingdom Hearts III, and the English dub version of Stitch!.
