Osmond Storleer "Ozzie" Otter is the main protagonist of the Ozzie franchise.
He is a feisty young 7-year-old kid sea otter pup who goes on so many adventures with his friends through science, history and geography. He wears a blue T-shirt with the letter O in front, a black neckerchief and white diapers. He also trains to be a young secret spy and he loves to play with his friends and hum softly and is the leader of the spies, along with Rusty and Rosy Raccoon as his partners.
In the first film, Ozzie is an orphaned baby sea otter pup who is captured by CDA agents and is sent to boarding school so he can be a great scientist. At 7, he graduated from boarding school and grew out of it. So his teacher, Mrs. Otteridge says he is going to move to a big city where other animals live called Oztropolis. As a going-away present, he gets a pack of blue T-shirts that have a letter O in front that matches the first letter of his name and a box of white reusable and pull-on waterproof cloth diapers. So he packs up his stuff and heads off to Oztropolis to become a great scientist and live with his aunt Molly who is an anteater and Mikey Badger as his adoptive little brother. He even befriends a green parrot, in which he calls him Arizona, named after a U.S. state.

As Ozzie prepares for his party, he gets a new secret spy kit. As he teams up with Arizona and Elissa, Rusty and Rosy Raccoon, he disguises as a zebra and goes on a secret spy mission to defeat the evil Tiny Tiger.
