Moira Anne Kelly is an American actress and voice artist, who voiced Nala in The Lion King, The Lion King II: Simba's Pride, The Lion King 1½, and The Lion King: Kopa's Story. She also portrayed Dana Clifton in The Tie That Binds and Rebecca in Billy Bathgate.
Kelly's early work included films like The Cutting Edge, Chaplin. Little Odessa and Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me. However, her best known roles are in television as Mandy Hampton on the NBC political drama series The West Wing from 1999 to 2000, and Karen Roe on The WB/CW teen-serial drama series One Tree Hill from 2003 to 2009.
