Michelle Christine Trachtenberg is an American actress and model, who is best known for her roles as Dawn Summers in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer from 2000 to 2003 and as Georgina Sparks in The CW teen drama series Gossip Girl from 2008 to 2011.
For Disney, she played Penny in the 1999 live-action film version of Inspector Gadget and Casey Carlyle in the 2005 Disney figure-skating film, Ice Princess.
