Michelle Suzanne Ruff is an American voice actress who is best known for her work in anime and video games. Her roles include Rukia Kuchiki in Bleach, Chi in Chobits, Jill Valentine in the more recent Resident Evil video games, Shino Asada "Sinon" in Sword Art Online, Tsukasa Hiiragi in Lucky Star, Luna in the Viz Media dub of Sailor Moon, Cream the Rabbit in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, Anri Sonohara in Durarara!!, Yuki Nagato in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Takeo Kamado in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, and Yoko Litter from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.
For Disney, Ruff voiced Jeena in the Spectrobes Webisodes and the video game Spectrobes: Origins. She also voiced Hazuki and Mrs. Sickly in the English dub version of Stitch!, ADR voices in The Lizzie McGuire Movie, Iron Man 2, and Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and additional voices in the English dub version of Studio Ghibli's The Wind Rises and Kingdom Hearts III.
