Mary Louise "Meryl" Streep is an American theater, television, and film actress, who is widely regarded as one of the most talented actresses of all time and has received a record of 21 Academy Award nominations, winning three, and 27 Golden Globe nominations, winning eight, more nominations than any other actor in the history of either award. She also voiced Mrs. Fox in the 2009 adaptation of Fantastic Mr. Fox.
For Disney, she portrayed the Witch in the 2014 movie version of Into the Woods, and Topsy in Mary Poppins Returns. She has also narrated in Disneynature's Wings of Life and portrayed Dr. Carolyn Ryan in the Miramax film, Before and After.
