McLeach Takes Over Walt Disney World

Ever sine earlier this year, I've always wondered what it would've been like if Percival C. McLeach made some appearances in Disney Parks in the early 90's, and I think McLeach's character mascot would be somewhat similar to Captain Hook's mascot with the cartoon head from the actual film, and the entire mascot costume.
