Kel Johari Rice Mitchell is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian, who is best known for being a cast member on the Nickelodeon sketch comedy-variety show All That from 1994–1999, and for voicing T-Bone in the PBS Kids animated series Clifford the Big Red Dog, alongside John Ritter, from 2000–2003/David Beron 2003-Present. His other well-known roles include portraying Kel Kimble on the Nickelodeon teen sitcom Kenan & Kel from 1996–2000, Ed in the 1997 comedy film, Good Burger, and Invisible Boy in the 1999 superhero comedy Mystery Men.
For Disney, he voiced Dutch Gordy in Motorcity and Carlos in The Proud Family. He also guest-starred as Q-Pop in Liv & Maddie. He currently plays Double G in the Nickelodeon series Game Shakers.
