Katherine Elaine "Kath" Soucie (born February 20, 1967)[1] is an American voice actress who is best known for numerous voice roles, including Betty, Phil, and Lil DeVille in Rugrats; Dexter's Mom in Dexter's Laboratory; Sally Acorn in the cartoon version of Sonic the Hedgehog; Maddie Fenton on Danny Phantom, Ray Ray in The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, and Lola Bunny in Space Jam.

For Disney, she has voiced several characters, including Tish Katsufrakis in The Weekenders; Agent K in The Replacements; Daisy Duck in Quack Pack; Morgana Macawber in Darkwing Duck; Cadpig, Rolly, and Rebecca in 101 Dalmatians: The Series; The Bimbettes in Beauty and the Beast; and Clementine Clevenger in TaleSpin. She is the current voice actress for Kanga in the Winnie the Pooh franchise, and Jerry Mouse in Peppa Pig and the Disney Characters: The Movie.
