Kamikazi and Constantine is the secondary antagonists of the Inspector Gadget and Robotboy films. They are two heroes and villains who are minions of Dr. Claw. Who whose two henchmen's Jasper and Horace and Pain and Panic.

Appearance

Kamikazi is a small, short old man with thick glasses and gray eyebrows. He wears a dark red suit/bathrobe combo with a black bow tie. Kamikazi is mostly bald, but has a small amount of black hair on the back of his head, and Constantine is a large, fat man with black eyes and black hair styled into a ponytail. He wears a blue sweater, blue pants, and blue shoes.
