Barbara Jane Horrocks is an English stage, screen, and television actress, voice artist, musician, and singer. She is well known for her role as Bubble Grin on the sitcom Absolutely Fabulous. She also voiced Babs in the 2000 DreamWorks/Aardman animated film, Chicken Run and Black Widow and Zombie chef in the 2005 Tim Burton stop-motion film, The Corpse Bride. She recently voices the Tubby Phone in the 2015 reboot of Teletubbies.
For Disney, she voiced Fairy Mary in Disney Fairies and Eliza Fletcher in the Phineas and Ferb episode "My Fair Goalie".
