Jamie Lee Curtis is an American actress and author, who is best known for her role as Laurie Strode in the original Halloween film series and Helen Tasker on the 20th Century Studios 1994 film True Lies. She also portrayed Cathy Munsch on the FOX horror comedy-drama Scream Queens.
She is the daughter of actors Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh.
For Disney, she played Tess Coleman in the 2003 remake of Freaky Friday and Aunt Vivian "Viv" Ashe in the 2008 Disney comedy film, Beverly Hills Chihuahua. She also played Gail Byer Olsen in the 2010 Touchstone Pictures film, You Again.
