Isiah Whitlock, Jr. is an American film actor, voice actor, writer, and director. For Disney, he played a sheriff, named Gene Dentler, in the 2016 live-action remake of Pete's Dragon, Agent Flood in 25th Hour, and Ethan Banks in Enchanted. He also voiced River Scott in Disney/Pixar's Cars 3 (2017) and Commander Burnside in Disney/Pixar's Lightyear (2022).
