Hugo is the main antagonist of the Good Luck Charlie episode "Charlie Did It!". He is portrayed by Larry Joe Campbell.

He has a "past" with Gabe and is the manager of the local grocery store. Gabe and Hugo cannot be in the same store without anyone messing up anything he does.
In the episode "Charlie Did It!", he called the police on Charlie for grabbing sunglasses without Teddy or Gabe knowing so he kept them in his office in until the police came but they ended up getting out, by Gabe messing up the whole store with the help of Alice.
