Hayley Foster is a teenager who has a love for the outdoors, nature, and healthy living. She owns a pet siberian husky named Kody. Hayley became the White Ninja Steel Ranger upon being saved from Ripperat by the Nexus Prism. She is also Calvin's girlfriend and personal driver at the time he had the fear of driving. Her father Aaron is a marine biologist and first appears in "Making Waves".
As the White Ninja Steel Ranger, Hayley commands the Kodiak Zord which resembles Kody.
Personality[]
Hayley is an adventurous, nostalgic girl with a fondness of nature and healthy living. Likewise, she is a kind, empathetic member of the team who is in a relationship with Calvin and values her friendship with the others. Hayley is able to work and relate to almost of all the Rangers throughout the series.

Trivia[]
She is the first core team White Ranger since Alyssa Enrilé, as well as the first White Ranger since Dominic Hargan. She is also the only White Ranger in the Neo-Saban Era.
Hayley is taller than Sarah and is almost equal height to the male Ninja Steel Rangers. Ironically, her Ninninger counterpart is the shortest member of the team, leading to height irregularities whenever Ninninger footage become Ninja Steel footage.
Hayley is similar to Shelby Watkins from the previous season, in which they are both adventurous and clumsy and they both have romances in fellow teammates (Tyler for Shelby and Calvin for Hayley).
The difference for Hayley is that she and Calvin were dating before their season started.
Hayley is currently the first and only African-American White Ranger.
Hayley never questioned why her boyfriend had her drive HIS truck all the time.
Dramatically Missing the Point: in the Super Ninja Steel finale, she spends most of the time angry at Calvin for not supporting her attempt to try out for TV. When its later revealed to have been a scheme of Cosmo Royale to find someone to make people watch a brainwashing program imbedded in the broadcast, Calvin points out that his lack of support actually saved her from being kidnapped by Victor and Monty.
