Harland Michael Williams is a Canadian-American actor, voice actor, comedian, author, artist, musician, and radio personality.
His Disney roles include Fred Z. Randall in RocketMan, Carl the Robot in Meet the Robinsons, and Cecilia the sea serpent and Captain Frost in Jake and the Never Land Pirates. He also portrayed Warwick the Warlock in Spooky Buddies and voiced Helper Hue in Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero, the Sandman in The 7D episode "In Yer Dreams, Pal", and Pantsy in Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil.
Harland created Puppy Dog Pals, a Disney Junior show that started airing in April 2017. He is a consulting producer and a writer on the show, and voices Bob, the pups' devoted owner.
He is the twin brother of Steve Williams.
