Haley Joel Osment is an American actor and voice actor. He is best known for his roles as Forrest Gump, Jr. in the 1994 epic romantic comedy-drama film, Forrest Gump and as Cole Sear in the 1999 Hollywood Pictures film, The Sixth Sense, which earned him an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor.
For Disney, he provided the voices of Chip in Walt Disney Home Video's Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas, Myka in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Beary Barrington in The Country Bears, Zephyr in The Hunchback of Notre Dame II, Mowgli in The Jungle Book 2, Spot the Dog in Disney's release of Spot's Musical Adventures, titled Discover Spot, and the titular role of the Ozzie franchise.
Osment is also notable for providing the voices of Sora and Vanitas in the Kingdom Hearts series.
He is the older brother of actress Emily Osment.
