Stephanie always wants to make sure George is safe and cares for him if he's down or hurt and George always wants to make sure Stephanie's always treated the best way. As his mother, George shows huge respect and love to Eleanor and vice-versa. George also does kind things for her, like making her coffee in the mornings and making her bed for her.
