Garm'e Paul Razourel (known as his racer name Garm or ACE), is McQueens rival, one of the 5 cools and the main antagonist of Cars 3, and a minor antagonist in Cars 4. he is voiced by Bill Hader.
before Lightning McQueen, he won a Grand Prix race. however, he is the reason that each final grand prix one car vanishes near Boney Mountain
Cars 3[]
In Cars 3, he appeares as McQueens friend until he McQueen and him have a friendly practice and MqQueen wins it. then, he realizes MqQueen is faster than him and he starts making MqQueen into his own rival. he steals McQueen's motors and then he goes to his minion Dr. S Lime who gives him a new design of car (the best car in the world with 50 diffrent car motors, and one of the motors belong to McQueen and also spikey shurikens on his wheels and laser cannons on his back). His minions also pick victoms on the track and shoot at them while they are racing with a gun called the petrolizer, a gun that makes them use all of they petrol\electricity in one second. at the end, his petrol runs out and he gets stuck just about 50 meters behind the finish line, making him end the race in the last place and not being able to move. he gets arrested for tryig to kill McQueen, alongside Charger and Chunck, and he can't move out of the cops hands.
Cars 4[]
After he gets released from prison, he sits on a wheelchair who can talk and sells toys in the toyshop in the shape of McQueen. However, he puts bombs into the toys, and expects people to press on the red button.
