Five Night at Freddy's 3 is a 1995 American direct-to-video animated supernatural horror musical drama film directed by Darrell Rooney and produced by David Kirschner.
The film serves as the third and originally final installment of the Five Nights at Freddy's series, and follows Goldie, now having accepted his identity of Fredbear, who teams up with the animatronics to defeat Vincent Afton once and for all.
In stark contrast to the positive reception of previous installments, Five Nights at Freddy's 3 was met with mixed reception, who criticized the overtly dark tone and convoluted storyline, while praising Tim Curry's performance as Salvage Bonnie and the film's sense of finality.
Plot
In 1995, Vincent Afton the 2nd, alongside his pet Salvage Bonnie, plan to destroy the remains of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza while covering their tracks. Upon arriving at Fazbear's Fright (what became of the pizzeria, now a horror-themed tourist trap), Salvage Bonnie follows Afton's advice in destroying what legacy Freddy Fazbear's Pizza left behind, but the rabbit also has plans of his own.
Meanwhile, with the help of Mangle, Classic Mangle, Springtrap, Freddy fazbear, Jay Jay, Balloon Boy, Bonnie Bunny, Chicka the chicken Puppet, and Toy Chica, Fredbear and Spring Bonnie travel through simulations of retro arcade machines.
In the end, Salvage Bonnie turns on and kills Afton, before becoming possessed by him and falling to his death.
