"Everyone Knows He's Winnie the Pooh" is the main title theme of The Book of Pooh. It is performed by Pooh, joined by the rest of the cast. They sing about Pooh being in the storybook and about how much fun it is inside. The song was written by Brian Woodbury, who also served as the program's supervising music producer. It the first track on the album, Songs from The Book of Pooh and also Track 6 on the original Playhouse Disney album release.
During the show's opening, an alternate version of the song can be seen in the text of the book, as a Hum performed by Pooh, joined in at the end by Tigger and Piglet.
