Ember was first seen in The Legend of Spyro video game in the second film, Wreck-It Ralph 2: Attack of the Consoles. Ralph runs into her and tells him she startled him and they become best friends forever and they go on many adventures along with Fix-It Felix and Sergeant Calhoun and defeat an evil dragon, Red, who wants to crush Ralph into pieces.
