Earl Boen was an American actor and voice actor. He was perhaps best known as criminal psychologist Dr. Peter Silberman in the Terminator series and for voicing Horace Bleakman in Clifford the Big Red Dog TV series until his final role in Horns of Fun, Simon Stagg in Justice League, the Beyonder in Spider-Man: The Animated Series, Magneto in Pryde of the X-Men and both the villainous Dr. Regis Blackgaard and his good-hearted thespian twin brother, R. Edwin Blackgaard in Adventures in Odyssey.
