Wille Dorian Harewood is an American actor and voice actor, who is probably best known for voicing the Shredder in four 1989 episodes of the 1987 series of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as well as Ari the Ram in the SatAM version of Sonic the Hedgehog. He is also known for playing Dr. Julian Wilkes in the NBC (later syndicated) TV series Viper.
His Disney roles include Dr. Tan in Little House on the Prairie, Coach Johnson in Handy Manny, Lionel Cook in W.I.T.C.H., Judge in The Buzz on Maggie, Boreas, Little Anton, and Talos in Gargoyles and Gargoyles: The Goliath Chronicles, Sootinai and Merc in the Aladdin TV series, Mac in Bonkers, Buster Vessel in the Goof Troop episode "Big City Blues", Fred Kirkman in the CBS/ABC Studios TV show, Criminal Minds, and Official Guy in the Darkwing Duck episode "Planet of the Capes".
