Trivia[]
- The copyright notice of this special lists the year 2005 despite being released in 2006.
- This special marks one of Travis Oates's first full roles as Piglet following the death of John Fiedler, as well as one of the first pieces of Winnie the Pooh media not to feature any of the original cast from The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.
- This is the last Pooh film to be produced by Disneytoon Studios before its foreclosures in 2018.
- This is the final Pooh film where Ken Sansom voices Rabbit, Andre Stojka voices Owl, Peter Cullen voices Eeyore and David Ogden Stiers voices the Narrator.
- This is one of the first Winnie the Pooh films to be released on the DVD only and not VHS due to the fact that VHS was being discontinued at the time. But this film and Winnie the Pooh: Shapes and Sizes were originally supposed to have VHS releases in 2005 but production was probably delayed so when they were released they were released on DVD.
